The Granada Mk1 was the first of a long line of big family / executive cars replacing the Zephyr/ Zodiac series. The early cars had a smooth 2.5 litre V6 engine and a plush velour interior with wooden capping on door and dashboard. Some of the Mk1s were built at Dagenham but the second series were all made in Germany.
